Newly hired employees will undergo onboarding programme designed to familiarize them with the Group's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CCBE), policies and relevant guidelines which covers Sustainability related topics, health & safety amongst others. In FY2023, a total of 863 new employees completed this program.

We constantly improve our safety and health management systems to ensure we achieve the target. We also adopt industry best practices and designed our safety and health management systems to align with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System ISO 45001 framework.
